STEM CELL and its medical benefits

Adult Stem Cells have been used for medical benefit in the past 40 years since the first found of stem cell of Toronto University in 1960 by Ernest A. McCulloch and James E. Till. The successful is not ending with only the discovery but with uncountable potential for all living species. First generation of stem cell treatments started its procedure for Leukemia patients and became the only hope for Leukemia’s patients known as bone mallow transplantation. Nowadays, stem cell for the life treats are where stem cells can be laboratory transplanted for higher performance on body repairing and replacing. The treatments developed into more predictable in the transformation therefore, recently treatments are more controlled with more specific cells types especially for many types of muscles or nerves. On the other hand for the development of stem cell are somehow under limitation of morality and life cloning is always the most critical issues. However, in the coming future, we might not be able to avoid the cloning and starting of stem cells cloning for the medical purposes could be real for the future potential.

The researchers of biomedicine are always believe in stem cell and its treatment potential. Several types of stem cell have been successfully treated of several diseases. It has already became a treatment priority for many diseases especially for Leukemia. There are also a lot of satisfied treatment result which will be potential treatment for the future including cancer, Parkinson, bone marrow injury, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), Multiple Sclerosis (MS). The potential of treatment stem cell could be many more. The developing of the researches are somehow limited by social’s sensitivity, it’s however relief its sensitivity and limitation when the time past and the benefits on the research and result on medical treatment are more visualized. These developments are continued under our focus and we will keep updating any new discoveries.

A stem cell can become any one of the 220 different cells in body
